Elaine Breeze

Elaine Breeze has over three decades of experience in the real estate development industry. Elaine currently holds the role of Senior Vice President of Development at SummerHill Apartment Communities since 2009. Prior to that, Elaine was the Senior Vice President/Managing Director at SummerHill Homes for over 17 years. Elaine also has experience working as an Analyst and Project Coordinator at Essex Property Trust and as a Research Analyst at Marcus & Millichap. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
