Michelle Kopp

Michelle Kopp has worked in various roles in the product development and sourcing industry since 2006. Michelle began their career at Build-A-Bear Workshop, where they served as Product Development Manager - Toys from 2006 to 2012. During their time at Build-A-Bear Workshop, they were responsible for product development, merchandising, and supporting marketing. Michelle then moved to California Manufacturing Co., where they were the Sr. Product Development Manager - Menswear from 2012 to 2014. At Schroeder and Tremayne, Inc., they were the Associate Director of Product Development - Consumer Goods from 2014 to 2016. Finally, they have been with SUMMERSALT since 2018, where they have held positions as Director of Product Development and Senior Director of Product Development and Sourcing.

Michelle Kopp attended Fontbonne University from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising.
