Vicky Cummings

Vicky Cummings, SPHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Summit 7 since January 2022, following a tenure as Human Resources Director at PM Environmental, Inc. from February 2016 to January 2022, where oversight of all human resources functions was a primary responsibility. Vicky Cummings has a robust military background as a retired Naval Officer and former enlisted Marine, with experience in Human Resources, Intelligence, and Meteorology within the US Navy from September 1985 to August 2009, including a command position at the Lansing MEPS. Academically, Vicky Cummings obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University, along with further studies at the Naval Postgraduate School.
