Bonnie Young

Bonnie Young has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Bonnie is currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Summit BHC since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Newport Healthcare from September 2018 to August 2022. Bonnie also has experience as the Director of Recruitment at Quorum Health from August 2012 to September 2018, where they led and managed the recruitment efforts and collaborated with operations leaders. Bonnie served as the Recruitment Manager at SpecialtyCare, Inc. from February 2010 to August 2012, where they defined and drove the overall recruitment strategy for the company.
