Jacquie Owens

Jacquie Owens has extensive experience in the developmental disabilities field, currently serving as the Manager of Community Support and Development at the County of Summit Board of Developmental Disabilities since May 2015. Prior to this role, Jacquie has held the position of Business Innovations Manager at the County of Summit Developmental Disabilities Board since November 2008. Jacquie's career began at Hattie Larlham, where significant contributions were made as the Training and Development Manager from September 1995 to November 2008. Jacquie Owens earned a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Kent State University, completing the program between 1995 and 2002.
