Mike Craft

Mike Craft has extensive work experience in the food service management industry. Mike served as the Director of Operations at Summit Food Service Management from September 2009 to the present. Before that, they held the same position at ABL Management starting in September 2008. Prior to their roles as a Director of Operations, Mike Craft was the President at Valley Services, Inc. from March 1985 until November 2004.

Mike Craft attended Mississippi State University from 1978 to 1983, where they pursued a degree in Accounting and Management.
