Steven Morrow is an experienced professional in business development and food service management with a robust career spanning several decades. Currently, Steven serves as a Business Development Manager at Summit since November 2020, following a semi-retirement period after working at Open from April 2016 to November 2020, during which extensive travel across the continental United States was undertaken, logging over 100,000 miles visiting numerous National and State Recreational Parks. Prior to this, Steven held significant roles at ARAMARK as Director of Business Development and District Manager, overseeing multi-unit operations in the Eastern Region. Additional experience includes managerial positions at IUPUI and the U.S. Department of Justice, as well as military service in the US Navy. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management and an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
