Trent Wright has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Trent started their career in 1988 with the Army National Guard, where they gained leadership experience and managed a platoon of National Guard Soldiers. Trent served in various roles, including Sergeant First Class and Operation Enduring Freedom. In 1991, they transitioned to Pizza Hut, where they served as a General Manager for over a decade. In 2003, they also served in the United States Army National Guard for Operation Iraqi Freedom. In 2004, they joined Aramark as a Food Service Director, responsible for day-to-day operations and employee training. Trent later held roles as a Regional General Manager and District Manager, overseeing multiple contracts and managing teams of directors and supervisors.
