Jeff Perkins

Jeff Perkins is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the construction and materials industry, currently serving as Cement East Region President and former President of the South Region at Summit Materials since March 2021. Prior to Summit Materials, Jeff was President at Boxley Materials for over two decades, where leadership responsibilities included overseeing operations, fostering a strong safety culture, and executing strategic mergers and acquisitions. Jeff's career began in the U.S. Army Reserve, attaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, and includes roles at TARMAC AMERICA, Solite Corporation, Martin Marietta Aerospace, and Hughes Aircraft Company. Educational credentials include an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Virginia Military Institute.
