Monet Hires

Monet Hires has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Monet started their career at Colorado State University as an Assistant Apparel Merchandise Buyer, where they were responsible for negotiating contracts, planning fashion lines, and increasing vendor profits. They then moved on to Walmart, where they served as a Market Human Resource Manager and Operations Manager, overseeing HR business plans, training programs, labor resolutions, and associate engagement. Monet then joined First Western Trust as the Vice President of Human Capital, followed by a role as the Manager of Human Capital. Currently, Monet is working at Summit Materials as the VP of Business Partnerships, Diversity, & Talent Acquisition. They also held the positions of Director of HR & Strategic Projects and Director of Human Resources at Summit Materials.

Monet Hires attended Colorado State University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
