Reagan Nguyen has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. They started their career as an intern at NATCO Group, where they gained exposure to proposals and gas CO2 membrane separations technology. They then moved on to LyondellBasell, where they worked as a co-op, specializing in olefins process engineering and control systems engineering. Reagan's next role was as an undergraduate research assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, where they supported the Eldridge Group. After that, Reagan joined BP and held various positions, including facilities engineer, project engineer, flow assurance engineer, and facility engineer. They then transitioned to Shell as a facility engineer before joining Crestwood Midstream Partners LP as a facility integrity engineer. At Crestwood, Reagan eventually became the manager of asset integrity before moving on to their current role as the director of asset integrity and compliance at Summit Midstream Partners, LP.

Reagan Nguyen earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin from 2006 to 2010.
