Matt Erhard

Matt Erhard is the Managing Partner and Executive Recruiter at Summit Search Group. Matt is also the Honorary Consul of Switzerland at the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs FDFA, representing Switzerland in Canada. As the Past President and Board Member of Future Leaders of Manitoba, Matt recognizes exceptional young Manitobans. Matt is also a Board Member at Volunteer Canada, Exchange District Business Improvement Zone, Whiteshell Advisory Board, and KidSport Canada. With a background in sales and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba, Matt has a strong foundation in business and community leadership.
