Joanna Mullendore

Joanna Taylor Mullendore is the Head of Risk and Compliance at Summit Technology Consulting Group since October 2021. Prior to this role, Joanna served at U.S. Bank in various positions, including Audit and Exam Manager for Elavon North America, where management of the audit and examination team was key, and also as the Financial Crimes Compliance Quality Assurance Unit Manager overseeing compliance regarding anti-money laundering and sanctions in multiple regions. Joanna's experience extends to roles as Chief Compliance Officer at Orrstown Bank and Director of Compliance & Operational Risk at Capital One, where Joanna developed compliance programs and managed vendor relationships. Previous positions include Senior Associate at KPMG Advisory and a Bank Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, showcasing a strong background in regulatory compliance across diverse financial institutions. Joanna holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of South Florida and is a graduate of the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management.
