Tim Holder serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Summit Technology Consulting Group since September 2020, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at Orrstown Bank, where Tim held various positions including SVP and Chief Operations Officer from October 2006 to September 2020. In that capacity, Tim oversaw operational functions such as deposits, electronic services, loan processing, and customer service, while also leading corporate project initiatives and enhancing internal efficiencies. Tim's background includes a range of roles such as VP of Group Operations and AVP of Lending Operations, alongside a solid educational foundation from the PBA Advanced Banking School and Elizabethtown College.
