Kathryn Miller

As a summusgroup associate, Kathryn is known for her “team first” mindset and love of helping improve their clients each and every day. Currently, Kathryn is leading, managing, and facilitating global spend control and continuous improvement projects for their clients. Her focus is always on identifying ways a client can eliminate redundancies from a process and save organizations from resource waste.

Prior to joining the firm, Kathryn spent extensive time in supply chain. She has worked in forecasting and inventory, point-of-sale services, and big data. That experience and deep knowledge has benefited her immensely in management consulting as she uses big data to find and implement cost-saving solutions across procurement departments for their clients.

Kathryn is a Wisconsin native and when she is not working, you will find Kathryn cheering for all Wisconsin sports, especially the Green Bay Packers, which she is proudly an owner of the team! She is also an avid baker and is constantly making delicious treats for friends, family and co-workers which all at summusgroup appreciates! A fun fact about Kathryn is in 2017, she lived in 3 time zones which thankfully lead her to Charlotte and summusgroup.
