Brian Jacobsen

Brian Jacobsen is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience leading recruitment efforts across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Sumo Logic, Brian has previously held roles such as Director of Talent Acquisition and Sr. Technical Recruiter at Tanium, and Technical Recruiting Manager and Sr. Technical Recruiter at MapR Technologies. Brian founded HiringWell, a recruiting agency focused on talent acquisition, and has also co-founded Music Matters Marketing and After The Crash, where responsibilities included marketing management and business development. Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of San Diego, earned between 1992 and 1996.
