Niall Mac an tSionnaigh is currently the COO at SumUp. Prior to this, they were with River run ferments, 19th Avenue Christmas Tree Lot and the Mad Dog in the Fog, World, Kilmacud Crokes, and LinkedIn. Niall has held various positions such as sales and bar, explorer, corner forward, senior director, director, global leader, and manager.

Niall Mac an tSionnaigh pursued a Master's degree at University College Dublin and CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education. Niall also holds a BBLS from University College Dublin and The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg.

Niall Mac an tSionnaigh reports to Daniel Klein, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Michael Schrezenmaier - CEO, Europe, Victor Ho - CEO, North America, and Johannes Schaback - CTO.
