Dave Melvin

Dave joined the SUMURI team in 2021. Mr. Melvin was a U.S federal law enforcement officer for over 22 years and worked in digital forensics for over 18 years. Prior to his federal law enforcement career, Mr. Melvin was a U.S Army officer in combat arms and military intelligence serving in Europe, Central America, and the United States.

He is also involved with the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists where he is a member of the Board of Directors. He holds the IACIS Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE), EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE), AccessData Certified Examiner (ACE), GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE), Apple Certified Macintosh Technician, and Apple Certified Support Professional accreditations.
