Jair Drooger

Jair Drooger has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jair is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Sun Chaser since September 2022. Prior to this, Jair founded MSL Consulting LLC in 2011 and The WellMent Company in 2019, where they held the positions of Founder and Co-Founder respectively. Jair also co-founded CT Assist in 2013. Jair has served as the Director of Marketing and Development at Summit Adventure twice, from 2006 to 2010 and from 2013 to 2016. Furthermore, they have worked at Equinox Chemicals, LLC in multiple roles including Business Development, Executive Vice President, Interim COO, and Executive Vice President-Special Projects between 2011 and 2014. Jair was the COO at The Weaver Group, Inc from 2010 to 2011. Jair began their career at Blount Fine Foods, where they held various positions such as Senior Director, Director Quality Assurance/Sanitation and Plant Manager, and Director Quality Assurance/Sanitation from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, Jair served as a Service Adventure Unit Leader at Mennonite Church USA from 2005 to 2008.

Jair Drooger obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Eastern Mennonite University, completing their education from 1993 to 1997. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Hope International University, completing their studies from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Jair Drooger has obtained several certifications. Jair acquired a Talent Optimization Consultant Certificate from The Predictive Index in February 2022. In July 2021, they obtained a certification in Employee Wellness and Stress Management from the Stanford Center for Health Education. Additionally, in April 2021, Jair acquired certifications in INNOVATION STRATEGY: HOW LEADERS CREATE THE FUTURE from Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth and Marketing & Creativity Masterclass with Seth Godin from WOBI.
