Penny Holland has extensive experience in marketing and business development. Penny started their career at Xerox in 1989, where they worked as a Senior Account Specialist and Business Analyst until 1998. In 1999, they joined Oce North America as a Business Analyst before being promoted to Product Manager and then Director of Business Development. During their time at Oce North America, Penny achieved profit targets, grew annual placements, and successfully launched new products. In 2012, they joined Sun Chemical as Vice President of Marketing, where they led various marketing operations, including database management, product commercialization, and internal/external communications. Penny also implemented comprehensive marketing approaches and was responsible for Sun Chemical's global website and social media strategy.
Penny Holland completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Northeastern Illinois University from 1993 to 1996. Penny then pursued an MBA in Marketing and Decision Science at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 1997 to 2000. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Penny attended Joliet West High School, although specific dates and degrees for this period are not available.
