Michael Pearce, CFA

Michael Pearce, CFA has diverse work experience in the real estate and investment fields. Michael currently serves as the Head of Real Estate at Sun Day Carwash. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Predictre, a company focused on making forward-looking data actionable for real estate professionals.

Michael also worked at DivcoWest, where they held the positions of Associate and Senior Investment Analyst from 2013 to 2017. Before that, they were a Senior Investment Analyst at PSAI Realty Partners, LLC from 2010 to 2013.

Michael began their career as a Research Analyst at Technology Opportunity Partners LP in 2009. Additionally, they gained research experience as a Research Fellow at Richter Summer Fellowship in 2008. Through these roles, Michael has developed strong analytical and research skills, making him a valuable asset in the real estate and investment industries.

Michael Pearce, CFA has a strong educational background in the field of urban planning and architecture. In 2009, they graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Urban Studies within the Architecture discipline. After working for a few years, Michael pursued further education and attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2019. Michael obtained a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning. Additionally, in September 2013, Michael obtained the prestigious CFA Charterholder certification, although the institution that awarded the certification is unknown.
