Ray Lee

Ray Lee, CFA CPA has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ray currently holds the position of Head of Secretarial, VP, Legal, and Compliance at Xin Yi Foundation Limited. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing secretarial, legal, and compliance matters.

Prior to their current position, Ray served as the Company Secretary at Beijing Capital Land Ltd., where they were also the Head of the Company Secretarial Department. During their time there, they led a team of two and was responsible for all Hong Kong listing compliance matters. Ray provided compliance advice to the Board and management, managed relationships with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders, organized various meetings, and prepared reports and announcements.

Ray has also worked as an Assistant Company Secretary at Allied Group Limited and as a Company Secretary at Allied Overseas Limited. Ray gained further experience as the Financial Controller and Company Secretary at Greenfield Chemical Holdings Limited. Additionally, Ray worked as a Consultant at Compliance Consulting Limited and as a Senior Accountant at Grant Thornton LLP.

Ray Lee, CFA CPA completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Accounting from City University of Hong Kong from 2006-2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from The University of Hong Kong between 2001-2004.
