Theo Cheng

Theo Cheng has extensive experience in the real estate and investment sectors, currently holding a position at Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited since March 2019. Prior roles include Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director at JM Capital from September 2017 to February 2019, Global Head of Real Estate at Anbang Asset Management from February 2015 to August 2017, and Co-Chief Officer - Real Estate China at Macquarie Capital from January 2011 to February 2015. Theo Cheng began a career in finance as an Associate at Morgan Stanley from June 2007 to January 2011. An academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago and an International Baccalaureate from Red Cross Nordic United World College in Norway. Early education was completed at St. Paul's Co-educational College in Hong Kong.
