He has extensive exposure in specialties like ER services, Urgent Care, Laboratory services, Multispecialty, OBGYN, Radiology, DME and Surgeries. Graduated from University of Calcutta, he likes to travel and is a movie buff in his leisure time.

He is responsible for monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas, and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction. Maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain the profitability of the business.
