Fatima Kaba

Fatima Kaba is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training, change management, and enablement services. Currently serving as the Director of Training, Knowledge & Change Management at SunLife since January 2023, Fatima previously held leadership roles at Cinchy, where responsibilities included overseeing Training and Change Management services, and at Solutia SDO, directing the Enablement Services Practice. Fatima's career includes positions as Change Management Lead at Cloudworks, Senior Manager at Scotiabank, and Senior Learning Facilitator at the Ministry of Community and Social Services, among others. Fatima's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts with a focus on Information Management and Administration from Ryerson University and further studies at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto.
