Andhyka Soemarsono possesses extensive experience in talent management and organizational development across various prestigious organizations in Asia. Currently serving as Director of Talent and Learning at Sun Life, Andhyka leads culture-building and employer branding initiatives while conducting talent needs analyses for senior roles. Previously, as VP and Head of Organization Development, Talent & HRBP, Andhyka advanced employee capability building to align with corporate goals. Notable roles include AVP Reward and AVP Talent Development at DBS Bank, where Andhyka developed compensation strategies and enhanced talent management processes. Earlier experience includes leadership in organization development and talent acquisition at PT. Bank CIMB Niaga and HSBC, as well as an internship at TOTAL focusing on e-Learning assessments. Andhyka holds an M.B.A. in Management from Northwest Missouri State University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Indonesia.
