Cheryl Mallet

Cheryl Mallet is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Sun Life Financial. Cheryl has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Cheryl began their career at Rogers Communications in 1996 as the Senior Director of Operations. Cheryl then joined SQM Group Inc. as a partner in 2004. In 2006, they joined Manulife - John Hancock as the Director of Corporate Client Services. Cheryl became the Head of RPS Operations at John Hancock Life Insurance Company (U.S.A.) in 2012. In 2017, they returned to Manulife as the Senior Vice President Client Experience. Cheryl joined Sun Life Financial in 2020.

Cheryl has a proven track record of success in operations and client experience. Cheryl is a strategic leader with a passion for improving operational efficiencies and driving client satisfaction.
