Hannan Rasheed

Hannan Rasheed has extensive experience in network operations and analysis, holding the position of Senior Network Operation Engineer at Sun Life since October 2013. Prior to this role, Hannan worked as a Senior Network Analyst at Citi, where responsibilities included planning, designing, deploying, troubleshooting, and testing network transport and topology using routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers from October 2007 to October 2013. Earlier roles included Desktop Support at Citibank for a brief period in 2007, Data Network Analyst at Rogers Communications from September 2005 to July 2007, and Network Analyst at Euronation Enterprise from June 2002 to December 2003. Hannan holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Wireless Networking and VOIP from George Brown College, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences with a focus on Networks and Communication from Excelsior College, complemented by certifications from Juniper and Cisco.
