Joanne st. Bernard-Honegan

Joanne St. Bernard-Honegan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and leadership development. Currently, Joanne serves as Vice President of Talent Management at Sun Life since September 2022. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President positions at Aviva Canada where Joanne focused on leadership and talent development, and multiple senior management roles at TD, where Joanne implemented learning strategies and provided HR support for national teams. Earlier experience includes HR leadership roles at Kraft Foods Group, where Joanne managed HR functions for significant employee populations. Joanne holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from York University.
