Marc Warrington is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales management and corporate leadership within the employee benefits industry. Currently serving as SVP Head of Sales at Sun Life since April 2016, Marc is responsible for motivating and managing top-performing stop loss and mid-market sales teams. Previously, Marc held the position of President at Assurant Employee Benefits from January 2005 to April 2016, overseeing corporate planning and management for various benefit products with a combined annual premium exceeding $1.1 billion. Marc's sales career began at Unum, where notable achievements led to progressive roles at Fortis Benefits Insurance Company and Assurant, demonstrating a consistent track record of increasing sales production and team performance. Marc earned a Bachelor's degree in economics from Cornell University between 1985 and 1989.
