Jigar Thakkar

Jigar Thakkar is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience leading technology initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving at Sun Pharmaceuticals as the leader of Cloud Operations in India and the RPA Center of Excellence globally, Jigar previously held the position of Head of CRM and Cloud Telephony IT at Aditya Birla Capital, overseeing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for over 900 branches and 7000+ users. At Indiabulls Asset Management, responsibilities included managing all IT projects and initiatives for the Mutual Funds business.
