Curtis Neilson

Curtis Neilson is an experienced ministry professional currently serving as Preteen Pastor at Sun Valley Community Church since February 2023. Prior to this role, Curtis held the position of Lead Kids Pastor at Christ's Church of the Valley from June 2021 to January 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Statewide Field Director for Alaskans for Dan Sullivan, Field Organizer for the Arizona Republican Party, and various roles at Christ's Church of the Valley as Resident and Kids Ministry Intern. Curtis also interned with Martha McSally and Newberg Christian Church and worked as a Customer Service Assistant at Grand Canyon University and a Customer Service Representative at Oregon Driver Education Center. Curtis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies from Grand Canyon University and a Master of Arts in Strategic Ministry from Johnson University, along with time spent at Boise Bible College.
