Robert Charles Shaffer

Robert Charles Shaffer is an experienced professional in the finance and real estate industries, currently serving as the Divisional Operations Manager at Sun West Mortgage Company, Inc. since April 2014. Shaffer is also a Partner at Excel Partners, LLP and the Founder of Shaffer Properties & Development LLC, both of which have been active since January 2000 and January 2001, respectively. Previous roles include Vice President of Sales at Liberty Capital Financial Corp from 2011 to 2014 and President of Excel Mortgage Group, Inc. from 1995 to 2011, along with a background as a loan officer at Eastern Savings Bank from 1991 to 1994. Shaffer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Towson University and has an extensive educational foundation that includes attendance at Howard Community College and Oakland Mills High School.
