Crystal Macha has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Most recently, they worked at Sunchase American, LTD as a Regional Vice President since January 2023, overseeing property management operations. Prior to this, they were a Property Manager at Sunchase American, LTD from January 2019 onwards.

Before joining Sunchase American, LTD, Crystal worked at CrestMarc Residential, Inc. as a Property Manager from February 2013 to May 2018.

Crystal'searlier experience includes working at Fiserv as a Call Center Manager from July 2012 to February 2013, where they managed a team of Call Center Agents and Client Specialists, implemented policies and procedures for the department, and ensured quality service delivery.

Crystal's longest tenure was at Citi, where they worked as a Call Center Manager from 1999 to 2012. Crystal led and coached a team of collectors, monitored call compliance, and conducted service quality reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.

Crystal Macha completed their high school education at Keller High School from 1991 to 1995. Crystal received a High School Diploma with a focus on the basics during that time.
