Matthew Leslie

Matthew Leslie is an experienced executive leader in human resources, currently serving as the Executive General Manager of People & Culture Strategy at Suncorp Group since August 2010. With a diverse background in various HR roles within the organization, including leadership positions in Employment Advice, Customer Advocacy, and Risk Governance, Matthew has effectively guided the people strategy for over 1,000 employees across Finance, Risk, Marketing, and Legal sectors. Previously, Matthew worked as a Principal HR Business Partner at Suncorp and as an Employee Relations Advisor and Associate at Minter Ellison. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honours and a Bachelor of Business with Honours from Queensland University of Technology.
