Lindsey Quinn Osman

Lindsey Osman has extensive experience in content strategy and management. Lindsey is currently working as a Senior Manager of Content Strategy and Knowledge Management at Sundae since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager of Content Strategy at Guild Education from March 2021 to May 2022. Lindsey also served as a Senior Content Strategist at Zillow Group from June 2019 to March 2021, and at Zillow Home Loans, LLC from April 2019 to June 2019. Before that, they worked as a Content Strategist at the American Academy of Family Physicians from June 2017 to April 2019. Lindsey managed various projects, including a major revision to the For Students applet in the AAFP mobile app. Lindsey also has experience as a Content Manager at NCM Associates from July 2015 to May 2017. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Children International, including Managing Editor, Research Analyst & Writer, and Social Content Writer, from January 2015 to July 2015 and from September 2011 to March 2014. Additionally, Lindsey worked as an Adjunct Professor/Instructor at UMKC from August 2008 to August 2011, teaching composition and advertising classes. Lindsey also worked as a Principle at Polymath Communications from October 2003 to August 2008, providing technical and copywriting services. Lindsey started their career at Lockton Affinity as a Program Marketing Coordinator from May 2006 to July 2008, where they were responsible for creating and implementing marketing plans for various programs.

Lindsey Osman completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania from 1998 to 2001. Lindsey then pursued their Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature at the University of Missouri-Kansas City between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, they attended Smith College for a year from 1997 to 1998, studying Anthropology. In addition to their formal education, Lindsey has obtained certifications in "Prosci® Leading Your Team Through Change" from Prosci in December 2021 and "Learning Asana" from LinkedIn in August 2020.
