Sundance Behavioral Healthcare is a free-standing, private psychiatric facility on a beautiful 35-acre campus in Arlington, Texas. Through inpatient and outpatient programs led by caring staff, Sundance's goal is to help individuals ages 5 and up, along the journey to a mentally healthier and substance-free life. Sundance Hospital: Inpatient treatment is designed to provide stabilization and symptom management in a structured, safe and medically appropriate environment. An individualized treatment plan is created for each patient using a multidisciplinary team approach. A variety of issues can be addressed, including suicidal ideation, dual-diagnosis, self-harm, major depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, grief and loss, and substance abuse. Additionally, Sundance has a Military program available. Sundance Centers: Sundance offers partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming for children, adolescents and adults who don't require 24 hour observation, but could benefit from Monday-Friday group therapy and medication management . For adults (ages 18+), we take a gender specific approach with tailored men's and women's groups. Chemical Dependency groups are offered for adults at an outpatient level of care in the evenings for adults. For children and adolescents (ages 5-18), the program with incorporate therapy along with schooling. Complimentary transportation is provided. Sundance is JCAHO accredited, meeting the expectations of providing safe and high quality care, and always striving for growth and excellence. Intake: 24/7 free assessments conducted by licensed mental health professionals to help determine the appropriate level of care needed for each individual. Comprehensive discharge planning for every patient, to enforce continuity of care and further progression of treatment and success for patients and their families. We accept most health care insurances for inpatient, including Traditional Medicaid and TriCare.
