Tommy S. has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1990 at Sallie Mae where they served as a Supervisor until 2008. After that, they joined Sundance Vacations in 2008 as the Senior Manager of New Client Services before transitioning to the role of Director of Human Resources and Payroll in 2016.

Tommy S. completed their Associate of Science in Business Administration at Luzerne County Community College from 1987 to 1989. Tommy then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting at Wilkes University from 1989 to 1991. In 2023, they obtained certifications as a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HRCI and as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
