Beth Dawson

Beth Dawson has a diverse work experience in the field of accounting. Beth worked at Sunday Riley as Vice President of Accounting from August 2022 to present. Prior to this role, they were a Controller from August 2019 to August 2022 and an Accounting Manager from April 2018 to August 2019 at the same company.

Before their time at Sunday Riley, Beth worked at Quantlab Financial as an Accountant from November 2006 to April 2018. Prior to that, they owned and worked as a Mortgage Loan Processor at Reinhold Services from 2002 to 2006, processing mortgages and ensuring compliance with federal guidelines.

Beth also has experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper at Hines from 2000 to 2002, where they were responsible for payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank account reconciliations. Beth worked as a Contract Bookkeeper for self-employed clients from 1998 to 2000, performing various accounting tasks including forensic accounting, payroll, and reconciling books for tax reports.

Earlier in their career, Beth worked as a Property Accountant at WEDGE Properties Management Corporation from 1996 to 1998. Beth also spent a significant portion of their career at Hines from 1985 to 1996, where they held positions as a Full Charge Bookkeeper and Cash Manager, responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank account reconciliations, and budget reporting.

Beth Dawson completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting at the University of Houston-Downtown in 2016. Beth then pursued a Masters of Accountancy at the University of Oklahoma from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, Beth holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
