Bryan Day

Bryan Day has extensive work experience in finance and executive roles. Bryan currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at SundaySky, where they are responsible for transforming CX engagement and delivering video-powered experiences for leading brands. Prior to this, Bryan worked as an Executive Finance Consultant & Interim CFO, providing strategic financial guidance to various companies. Bryan also held positions such as Chief Integration Officer at eLocal.com and Chief Financial Officer/EVP of Strategy at Felix - Intelligent Local Advertising, where they reestablished finance and strategy organizations. Bryan has also worked at CityGrid Media as the General Manager/Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all functional areas and broader strategies within the company. Bryan was an Operating Company CFO, GM, and Head of Corp Dev at IAC, and held the role of Finance Head, Corporate Development/M&A at HomeAdvisor. Before their executive roles, Bryan gained experience in finance consulting at ExxonMobil and investment banking at GMP Securities/Canaccord Genuity. Additionally, they were an owner of PipeHitter Arms, LLC. Bryan has a strong background in finance, strategy, accounting, and corporate development.

Bryan Day has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance and Strategy from William & Mary. Bryan also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy. In addition to their formal education, Bryan has obtained certifications in Corporate Credit Rating Analysis from Moody's Analytics, Financial Modeling & Corporate Valuation from Training The Street, and Financial Statement Analysis/Accounting from Training The Street.
