Jim Dicso

Jim Dicso is currently the CEO at SundaySky. Prior to this position, Jim was the Executive Vice President, Sales & Services, at LivePerson from December 2004 to March 2011. Jim was responsible for introducing the value-based selling methdology and a majority of the tools to support it. Jim was also responsible for creating the pay-for-performance business model where LivePerson sold their software along with 3rd party partner agents as a turn-key offering where fees were tied to customer performance. Under Jim's leadership, the team of 170 sales and services team members grew the top-line revenue for the B2B business from under $17M to over $96M while more than doubling EBITDA.

Jim Dicso has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University and attended Randolph high school.
