Holly Dowl

Holly Dowl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract negotiation and provider relations, currently serving as a Senior Contract Negotiator at Sunflower Health Plan since November 2016. In this role, Holly excels in evaluating contracts, negotiating terms, and managing business deals while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and state regulations. Prior to this position, Holly worked as a Provider Engagement Communications and Training Specialist, focusing on education and training for Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace products. Additionally, Holly has experience as a Program Coordinator, facilitating care coordination and health improvement initiatives for the Medicaid population. Before joining Sunflower Health Plan, Holly spent nearly a decade at Dreamweaver Residential and Day Services, LLC, as a Day Service Supervisor, where responsibilities included supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community integration and independent living skills. Holly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Liberty University and an Associate's degree in Information Systems from Liberty University, obtained in August 2022.
