Ellen Njeri

Ellen joined SunFunder in October 2021 and is currently the Junior Legal & ESG Counsel. She previously worked at LJA Associates LLP, in the corporate, commercial & transactional, and dispute resolution departments as an associate. Her key roles among others were to enhance compliance, mitigate any possible risk, and where necessary, conduct enforcement. She also brings onboard experience from working at BR Consult which provides technical services to financial and agriculture-based institutions in sustainable finance and business development services across Africa. Ellen holds a Post Graduate Diploma in law and an LLB degree from the University of Nairobi. She is also currently pursuing CiArb certification.
