Harry C.

Harry C. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Harry started their career in 1981 as a Principal Engineer at Plessey Major Systems, specializing in real-time operating system design and system integration. From 1985 to 1990, they worked at Bell Northern Research as the Manager of International Development, overseeing software development for international applications.

In 1990, Harry joined BNR as the Senior Operations Manager, responsible for managing software operations in the UK and Europe. Harry then moved to Nortel Networks as a Senior Manager in software operations, where they oversaw various aspects such as software builds, test tools development, and customer relationship management.

From 1998 to 2012, Harry was an Owner, Director, and Consultant at Grahame Robb Associates Ltd., where they designed and delivered management and organization development programs. During this time, they focused on topics such as change management, project management, team development, and customer service.

Harry joined Plan International in 2014 as a Business Change Analyst, working on contract within the PMO to drive changes in business processes and systems. Harry facilitated stakeholder consultations and workshops and delivered the business requirements for a Global Fund Management System.

In 2016, Harry joined Sungard Availability Services as a Director of Business Transformation. Harry is currently in this role, leading and overseeing the transformation initiatives within the company. Additionally, they have worked as a Consultant in Global Business Process at Sungard Availability Services from 2016 to 2022.

Lastly, Harry has also contributed their time and expertise as a Trustee and Treasurer at The Victory Hall Trust since 2010. Harry has been instrumental in setting up governance and financial controls, securing grants, and delivering associated projects.
