Susan Hirsch

Senior Vice President, Global Service Operations at Sungard AS

Susan Hirsch has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Susan began their career at AT&T Global Services in 1988, where they held various roles such as Finance Manager and Analyst, SDN Product Manager, Process Operations Manager, and Field Operations Manager. In 1994, they transitioned to AT&T Solutions, a start-up unit within AT&T, where they served as Chief of Staff to the President, Marketing Director, and Executive Director, AT&T Solutions Client Engagement Leader. During their time at AT&T Solutions, they led significant engagements with clients such as MetLife and Citicorp.

In 2002, Susan returned to AT&T Global Services and assumed the position of Executive Director, Vendor Supply Chain Management, where they successfully managed a large budget and transformed logistics processes. In 2010, they took on the role of Area Vice President, Global Service Delivery Transformation, building and leading a global team responsible for improving productivity, unit cost, and customer satisfaction.

Susan's most recent position was with Sungard Availability Services, where they served as Vice President, Operations Continuous Improvement, and later as Senior Vice President, Global Service Operations.

Susan Hirsch has attended Harvard Business School and completed the Program for Management Development (PMD), focusing on Executive Education. Susan also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Development Economics and International Development from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
