Robert E. Guth

Robert Guth is an operations-oriented executive with a demonstrated background of driving growth and building shareholder value serving in operating roles as well as independent director roles. Mr. Guth has extensive experience driving business transformation, building financing and investor relations, maximizing operating expenses and efficiently driving expense-reduction programs, and dramatically improving business performance and long-term health after financial restructurings.

He has held multiple executive leadership roles and independent director roles within the telecommunications and technology industries. Most recently, he served as interim president and CEO at Integra Telecom, after serving on Integra’s Board as the executive chairman, and as an independent director and member of the audit committee. Mr. Guth also served as board chairman for Lumos Networks; chairman, president and CEO at The Reader’s Digest Association; and multiple other independent director roles. He was also president, business markets group at Level 3 Communications; chairman, president and CEO at TelCove; and served in various roles in technology and sales management with AT&T earlier in his career.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Lehigh University and completed the executive program in industrial marketing management at Pennsylvania State University.
