Robert B. Baker Jr, SPHR has over 30 years of experience in human resources and has held various leadership positions in multiple organizations. Robert B. is currently the Director of Human Resources at Sunnen Products Company, where they oversee all HR and EHS activities for a global company with nearly 800 employees. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at WireCo WorldGroup and as the Sr Human Resources Business Partner at DexYP. Robert B. also has experience as the Director of Human Resources, Manufacturing at Olin Brass and as a Sr. Manager and Manager of Global Human Resources at The Mosaic Company. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Cargill. Robert has expertise in talent management, engagement, leadership development, labor relations, and legal compliance.

Robert B. Baker Jr, SPHR obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business/HR Management from The University of Kansas from 1984 to 1988. In 1996, they attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where they completed a program in Labor Contract Negotiation related to Labor and Industrial Relations. In addition to their formal education, they have attained various certifications including the Center for Creative Leadership-Leadership Program in 2013, DDI Facilitation Skills, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and Targeted Selection Instructor.
