David Choe

David Choe is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage sector. Currently serving as a Partner at Clover Capital Partners LLC and Clover Vitality, David focuses on acquiring and investing in lower middle market companies and emerging brands. David also holds investor roles in multiple manufacturing companies, including Sunny Dell Specialty, Big Easy Blends, Jo's Candies, and Main Street Gourmet. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President at The Riverside Company and Prospect Partners, LLC, and working in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at J.P. Morgan Securities. David Choe earned a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Swarthmore College.
