Ryan Keel

Ryan Keel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial operations and business development within the energy sector. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Commercial Operations at Sunoco LP since May 2024, Ryan has previously held significant leadership roles at NuStar Energy L.P., including Sr. Manager and Manager of Business Development as well as Sr. Project Engineer. Early career experience includes a Senior Engineer position at Wood and a Structural Specialist role at Genesis Engineering, LLC. Ryan began their career as a Field Engineer/Intern at Signal International. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University, completed in 2011, and is an alumnus of Strake Jesuit College Preparatory, graduating in 2006.
