Chris McCullough

Chris McCullough serves as General Counsel at SunOpta since June 2023, with prior experience as Assistant General Counsel at the same organization. McCullough has an extensive academic background, including positions as an Adjunct Professor at multiple institutions, such as the University of St. Thomas School of Law and the University of Minnesota Law School, focusing on negotiations, legal writing, and civil litigation from 2015 to 2023. Previous professional roles include Vice President Legal at PaR Systems and Vice President & General Counsel at Nilfisk, Inc., along with a significant tenure at Honeywell in various legal leadership roles. McCullough holds a JD, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School, a MA in Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington, and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Iowa, where Phi Beta Kappa honors were received.
